We have created our three Design Series homes to make the process of building a house simple and more affordable while providing a very high-quality product. Randy Taylor can do this by having you choose from one of the available floor plans. We have worked with our vendors and contractors to create an easy selection process on the materials used throughout your home. You will have the ability to make your home while adding your personal touch. We will work with you to make sure the right colors are picked. Randy Taylor standards include: all four sides exterior rock or brick, all cabinetries are custom built by true quality craftsman out of real wood, wood stained concrete, high ceilings, rocked fireplace, granite counters throughout home, quality plumbing fixtures, spray foam insulation in the attic, low E-vinyl windows, 14 seer air conditioner, energy saver house wrap over insulated board, cellulose sprayed in exterior walls, and insulated exterior doors.
